Plush ASMR

Summary video of the design, construction, and installation process for PLUSH. Throughout the semester, the twelve students in Doyle’s studio researched, tested, and designed concrete casting methods. PLUSH is the result of this work: a series of flowing objects that showcase a combination of low-tech and high-tech casting processes. Located in the King Pavilion courtyard on the north side of the College of Design, PLUSH invites users to engage with the exhibition through touch, dwelling, and moving through the space.

Below are two portfolios: Concrete Cookbook – a summary of the final project and Plush – a summary of the research work and studies completed throughout the semester.
